Shipping & Exchange
EXCHANGE TERMS

Exchanges are allowed only for defective or faulty products and can be made once per product.

A second exchange request will not be accepted.

Used products, items that have lost their original condition, or products with missing tags are not eligible for exchange.
Shipping costs for exchange requests are the responsibility of the customer. Meya Atelier does not cover shipping costs for exchanges. Products must be sent via a courier company with shipping paid by the sender.
EXCHANGE PROCESS

Once the product reaches us, it will be inspected for compliance with our exchange policy.

If eligible, the exchange process will be completed within 2–5 business days.

If the product does not meet the exchange criteria, it will be returned to the customer with shipping costs payable by the receiver.
IMPORTANT NOTES

This policy applies to clothing and dress products sold by Meya Atelier.

Discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Products damaged due to use (torn, deformed, stained, altered, washed, or otherwise worn) are not eligible for return or exchange.
As required by law, all orders are shipped with a delivery note and invoice. Any approved exchange shipment must include the original invoice. Requests without an invoice will not be processed.

DELIVERY TERMS
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after order confirmation.
For special designs or made-to-order items, delivery times may vary. The most up-to-date delivery timeframe is always stated on the relevant product detail page.
For international shipments, any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
EXCHANGE POLICY
You may request a one-time exchange for size or model within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To initiate an exchange request, you must contact us via email at info@meya-atelier.com.
Your email must include the following information:

Order number

Reason for exchange
Products sent without prior email approval will not be accepted for exchange.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved via email, the following details will be shared with you:

Exchange approval confirmation

DHL Express return label
-
Our head office return address
If you choose to send the product using a courier company other than DHL Express, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
After the returned item reaches us and passes the quality control inspection, the replacement product will be shipped free of charge.
Products purchased in-store and tried on at the boutique are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange requests that do not comply with the stated conditions will be rejected, and the products will be returned to the sender with shipping costs payable by the recipient.
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Exchanges are permitted only once per order. A second exchange request will not be accepted.
All products sent for exchange must:

Be unused and unworn

Have their original tags attached

Be returned in their original packaging
Products that have lost their original condition will not be accepted for exchange under any circumstances.
Damages caused by user error, including but not limited to tearing, deformation, breakage, or alteration, are excluded from the exchange policy.
Products with odor or visible marks caused by perfume, deodorant, makeup, or similar substances are not eligible for exchange.
Promotional or complimentary items included in the order are not eligible for exchange.
For sets purchased as a bundle:

All items included in the set must be returned together

Partial returns from a set will not be accepted
For product safety, all exchange shipments must be sent in the original protective packaging. Packages sent without adequate protection or original packaging will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for the package until it reaches the exchange address. Meya Atelier is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
